Shipping and Returns

Your Shipping Packaging

Packages are usually shipped directly after payment is received via DPD Classic or Swiss Post (delivery without signature). If you prefer registered or express shipping, additional charges will apply. In this case, please contact us before placing your order or leave us a note.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees as well as postage. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to combine several items in one order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping costs will be calculated separately for each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but fragile items are handled with extra care.

The shipping boxes are generously sized, and your items are well protected.

Order Returns

Please note that for hygiene reasons, all cosmetic products are excluded from returns! Exceptions will be made if we accidentally send you products you did not order or if the products have obvious quality defects (discoloration, changes in consistency, changes in scent). Such defects must be reported in writing immediately upon receipt, and no later than five business days thereafter.
